Sometimes though, they can be overwhelming, long lasting, and feel unmanageable affecting every aspect of our day to day lives. I have had the privilege of working with individuals and couples to become better partners, recover from trauma and abuse, feel happier, more confident, better about themselves and more connected to their own internal experience and to others. Individual Therapy

Working side by side to achieve a greater sense of ease, well being and empowerment with yourself and others. Couples Therapy

Through effective communication and building a strong friendship, conflict can become an opportunity to gain more understanding of each other. Learning skills to do this can allow you to deepen your connection and have a more fulfilling relationship.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that enables people to heal from symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. It facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other adverse life experience to bring these to an adaptive resolution.

Throughout my life and career, living and working overseas, I have engaged people with many different languages, backgrounds, cultures, and religions.
